Log into your Beauty First account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Securely

Place the items safely in their original boxes, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.
